Hi all,

By security aware application, I refer to applications that could be designed to use the services of security initiation system directly.

Assuming, that i have NOKIA supported VPN client, alongwith gateway, policy server et. al. ( for client configuration).

1)  Is it possible that, I could have such an application with NOKIA's VPN package.

2)  Alternatively, is it advisable that with series 60 phone capabilities,  we could go for host based IPSec implementation.

3)  I had refer to certain posts, in this forum and Nokia forum regarding, availability of APIs for encryption algorithm like MD5 and SHA-1 . Could anyone 
   kindly, re- confirm the availability for DLLs on 6630 phones.

4)    Why doesnt one go for SSL/TLS implementation, than IPSec.

Any pointer in this reagrad are  really appreciated.
