There is no public way of doing this. You have to go around and study the etelagsm.h to find the answer. Not very difficult.
Regarding the phone number, you must be aware that a GSM phone does not need to know its phone number to work. And in most of the case it does not. This information might be stored in the MSISDN datafield of the SIM Card but you have no way to be sure that it is the real phone number.
