According to Symbian Signed Criteria:

• The application does not affect the use of the system features or other applications.
• The application allows other applications to sufficient OS resources, does not inappropriately control priority or switch focus and releases resources when not in use.

My Application

My Application is taking 25-30% CPU Load while it is Running (Playing File) in Background, and it takes even 100% CPU Load while it is running in Foreground.

Please Help me out

I just want to know that does my Application Violates the Symbian Signed Criteria. Please Let me know so that i can further look into the matter and make some more modifications...
