You don't need "drivers". In the software context a [device] driver is software that makes a peripheral device communicate with the "actual" device (a display device driver is used to "drive" the display, a serial port driver, etc.).

Sounds to me, instead, as if you need a Motorola service/repair center where to send or take your phone.

Or, first, try to find a way to reset/reformat the phone. Maybe it is stated in the phone's User's Guide, or some A925 (assuming the A925 is the only Motorola model with "925" in the name) related user discussion forum, or call Motorola customer support - with another phone

If the A925 has user-installable firmware, then you can try to see if it can be downloaded from Motorola's [support] web site.

Other than that, as I already mentioned, locate a repair or service center.

P.S. Check also whether your SIM card works in another phone. If it doesn't, try another SIM card in your A925.
