HI

i've nokia's 7650 handset.
i found that any application in my mobile trying to send
sms, by picking numbers from phonebook, automatically.
i know that is a virus but don't know what is tjat virus and
how to remove it.

Please help me.

is it Cabir virus  Evil?

If you are sure that its coz of a virus then you can use eighter Simworks AntiVirus or F-Secure AntiVirus application for Series 60.

After scaning stilll if you are facing problem then you may backup necessary files(like images, sound, vedio etc.) and format your device.

Cabir is not a virus.
It only will be installed and run on your phone if you accept and install it yourself.

Accept Bluetooth connection from Fred? Y
Install Cabir? Y

Opps, now I got a virus...how did that virus get there?

hello i have joined this today i think u have taken somthing from another mobile from bluetooth don't worry i know how to remove this virus from the handset. this virus named commworrier it attacks from one blue tooth to another by changing different names u have to domnload simply F-commworrier from internet and install it on your hand set if y don't find it on net then u can mail me at Nayyar_hmr@yahoo.co.in i will send it to u through mail.

Only way get to this kind of "virus" is to download pirated s60 software or being a dumb ass. Like isseyp stated you have to press "Yes" so many times that it can't be accident!

actually it came to my mobile via BT
few days ago my friend using my moble and started BT
and accept all incomings and than my mobile is infcted.

Anyway, what are the removal methods and is it really commworrier or else?
