running and problem

When I want running eclipse, I get a new window with error -> I have to read the log. My log is here http://sdr.thc.net.pl/lszk/log.txt
I don't know, what I must do.
My operating system is Debian testing.

  The plug-in works only under Windows (as the emulator works only under Windows). Sorry Sad
