Hi i would like to ask for help, i want to make a program that can read SMS from Windows Mobile (02 Smartphone2) or Nokia 6100 using Dephi 7.0, is that anybody can help me?

Probably not here; this is a site about Symbian operating system based mobiles, not Microsoft Windows based. You'll probably have better luck on, e.g., http://www.modaco.com or related newsgroups on news://msnews.microsoft.com
