What is a 'Label Not Found error in .rss file'?

Hi!
I am trying to run an example code written for the techview emulator using series 60 SDk and Borland C++BuilderX ME. I am getting a label not found in .rss file error, following which I see a RCOMP failed message.

What is a label here? - any hint on what could be done?
