Problem in creating Dbfile n giving Panic DBMS 2??

Hi everyone

We are using a client-server application which notifies the symbian Client (N9300 here) about the agenda, meetings and his mail accounts.For this,the Symbian client synchronizes with a remote server and keeps the end user updated about his mails and meetings etc.
A Dbfile is created dynamically by our application.It is created successfully on N9300 devices we tested so far and the application is working fine.But on one N9300 device, this Dbfile is not created and gives the panic DBMS 2  (meaning EDbUninitialised). Why the dbfile is created and database is inialised successfully on one 9300 device while the same couldnot be achieved on other N300? What could be the reasons behind it?
Anybody having idea what can be the reason for this and how to resolve this??

interesting..have you check the firmware vesion on that failing phone? by the way which disk (C: E:) you are using for storing DB?
