Symbian 60 seems not to support 2D Graphics Hardware Acceleration

I'v try to connect 2D Graphics Hardware Acceleration. but it will fail either on emulato or real device. Does series 60 actually support 2D Graphics Hardware Acceleration or not ? It really bothered me a lot.

Existing Nokia symbian phones don't have hardware acceleration (at least up to 6630). IIRC one simens (?) simbian phone have hardware acceleration.

But how about the software Acceleration?
