modeless dialog

Hi,
  very simple question - is there anything special about modeless dialog I have to keep in mind? SDK help does not have word modeless in it at all (or the search is crap), this forum has nothing, nokia discussion has nothing. But I get CONE 4 at some point. Otherwise dialog is working but it does not respond to keypresses which indicates that it really is not in control stack as the CONE 4 indicates. But what I have to do more than creating a class and doing ExecuteLD?
