is this already discussed "ListBox: reading/writing from/to   file  " Huh I'm trying to search but cant find anything yet sad

i've a text file and data inside is smth like this:

21/05/2005 Some Info
21/05/2005 other Info
21/05/2005 other Info2

I want to add each line from file into list....

and how to write back list items to file ?
