Problem in creating temporary files on D drive onsome N9300?

Hi ,

I m using a client-server application for N9300 which does notify the client(N9300 here) as he receives new mails and new appointments etc on its Microsoft outlook server account and synchronizes accordingly.

Through our application ,we need to create some temporary files in D drive of N9300 (D:\System\Apps\MyApp\Mytempfile).
On some other N9300 ,our application is running fine and these temporay files are created without giving rise to any panic but On some other 9300 devices , these files are not created and we are getting panic User::Panic 11.

Why on some 9300 devices ,temporary files are created and on others not??what can be the problem ? It seems we need to do some settings on device but what kind of settings i dont know??

Plz guide me if you are having any idea to solve this issue ..
