can you suggest best mobile

Hi all,
I just strated research on Distributed speech recognition on Mobile Networks. i am planning to implement new network protocol for transfering stream of voice data via IP like UDP / RTP etc.. , and application will be installed in a Symbian OS mobile device.

Can anyone suggest a best model currently available that provides best support for Speech recognition and network related issues. it would be very much helpful for me if i can get good technical related support i.e tutorials and other help docs and large group of developers support on web.

I am planning to get NOKIA 9500 / NOKIA 9300 / NOKIA 7710 or Sony Ericsson P910. can you suggest anyone of these or better one than these?
