I have not been able to find out if this phone has bluetooth or not.. anywhere, even from three (hutchison - who are selling it at the moment.) Can someone let me know if this phone has it?
The A920 is capable of doing bluebooth, but at this point of time, the software has not been finished yet. Customer wil A920 can bring it to Motorola service center and ask for a software upgrade at mid October to enable the function confirmed by senior Hutchison staff.

I have a motorola a920 since 3 weeks now... its a GOOD phone.. no really it is.. NOT!
It fails fails fails.. I has IR but as they say.. It isn't supported.. And the OS reminds me of the first release of Windows Millennium youknow.. the largest bluescreen lover after Win98se... geheghe.. No really.. Snd ,control,Brws,File,CAM, Krennel error 73, 75 35 21 bla bla........... and not just that.. The browser hangs and makes forbidden actions even the controlpanel have made a couple of forbidden actions and had to be shut down... And then the phone RESTARTS a little now and then.... when it feels like sleeping, it shuts down.. that happens like 1-2 times per week... I guess that it is like that to save batteries.. cause otherwise it is a batteryoholic.. if you put something at the screen and let it lay there for a while like 10-15mins or something.., the phone will shut down.. Good or bad thing?..i don t know..
and there IS FOR SURE A SYNC PROBLEM... Ive noticed that to solve the prob temporarly just leave the SYNC cable in the phone and restart it and then connect to PC..
So.. just that you know.. All errors can be fixed by a simple restart.. oh yeah.. somethimes it restarts before it really have started up totally... Sounds wierd?It is.. gehe..gehe..
The local service agent (Thomastown Vic) told me this sfternoon the bluetooth software is now not coming out for A920 but will be on A925. I bought this phone because I want bluetooth!!!

I asked Three in May and they advised it had Bluetooth. Now recent reviews are saying that it doesn't have Bluetooth or Infra-red!
Anyone?!!!

Also.. there is a bluetooth car kit andwhich is in stock but not released until the phone is bluetooth enabled.
no such luck to irda -- that apparently is not available (anyone no any different?)

It says
1. Bluetooth is not available at the moment but will be in the near future via an upgrade at a cost of $33.00 at the local dealer.
2. IRDA (infra red) will not be operational on this phone even though an IRDA port *is* available on the phone.
GPS is also not available on this 3 service.
