which r the other fones in 90 series, using symbian platform.

ow and s90 use only symbian os like s60, s80 and UIQ. s60, s80, s90 and UIQ is graphics interface for symbian os. we call this DFRD - device family reference design.
Main attributes: s60 - screen size mainly 176x208, numeric keyboard. s80 - screen size 640x200, QWERTY keyboard. s90 - screen size 640x320, touch screen. UIQ - screen size mainly 208x320, touch screen. sometimes got keyboard (num or qwerty). this are only main atributes. also they can use for ex. other screen size (ex. SendoX which is S60 use 176x220)
Here's a complete list of upcoming Series 90 phones: _
Any future phones with features like those in the 7710 today will be based on some future Series 60 version that "inherits" Series 90 functionality. Series 90 as it exists in the 7710 will not go further.
It should be safe it is from Symbian (http://www.symbian.com/) but I don't think they have any software for the 7710 in the first place. What, exactly, are you thinking of installing?
