running application on P900 unexpected program termination

i wrote code and installed the sis file on sony ericsson P900. when i pressed the application icon to run it an error message occurred

Program closed
program dialer
Reason coe Kern-EXEC
reason number 3

the same error also occurred when we installed hello world and tried to run it.

what shoud i do?Huh
