Getting MEAD & MENUBUILDER to work??

I have the Series 60 SDK 1.2 for Metroworks CodeWarrior, & when I run MEAD or MENUBUILDER from the command line the app opens but I get an error - Can't find EPOCROOT environment variable.  I'm pretty sure that EPOCROOT is set properly because I can launch the emulator from command line?  Anyone have an idea as to what might be going on?

Facing the same problem. I am trying to create a skeletal application for Nokia 9500. My EPOCROOT is correctly set. Would be thankful if someone has insight in to what is happening.
