I'm looking for the EIKCTL panic codes. I perused all listings I could find here and in other places but EIKCTL is not among the values listed.

I think they are found under the name EIKCOCTL in the SDK, i.e. EIKCOCTL = EIKCTL.

EIKCTL panic list
No, they are not but I found them in the meantime in Eikpanic.h. I copied them into my list of collected panics and offered it to Eric for hosting.
