Need Help - Symbiaan C++ UIQ2.1

Hi!
I am new to programming for Symbian OS. I have installed the free Borland IDE 1.5.
I have also installed all the required SDKs, I work in Windows XP and When I build my helloworld application, I get the following errors:
"dumpbin is not recognized as internal or external command"
also
"    MISSING: \Symbian\UIQ_21\EPOC32\RELEASE\WINS\UDEB\Z\SYSTEM\APPS\HELLOWORLD\HELLOWORLD.APP
"
Can anyone help me?

Need Help - Symbiaan C++ UIQ2.1
OK - one error less now!
I built  the helloworld example for UIQ 70(the UIQ 2.1 for Sony Erricson P800/900.
Now there is the error that the helloworld.app is missing. Where do I find this?
