How to detect an incoming call from a remote party????

Hi,
Can anyone help me in finding out the way how to detect the incoming call so that after detecting the number  i cud connect with the server.

API's for retrieving the incoming number?
Hi,

I am developing an application in symbian for series 60 .I wants to develop an application which cud notify the incoming call and then cud retrieve that number before connecting with server.I have passed through etelmm.h and etelagsm.h.How this file cud help me or is there anyother API's available for performing that part of the application??
