'Cant find ABLD.PL on PATH'

Hi
when i run the command 'abld build wins udeb' i am getting the error as 'Cant find ABLD.PL on PATH'  . What shall i do

'Cant find ABLD.PL on PATH'
specify system environment variable EPOCROOT and add pathes to the following folders `\EPOC32\TOOLS;\EPOC32\GCC\BIN;\EPOC32\RELEASE\WINS\UDEB\Z\SYSTEM\LIBS;\EPOC32\RELEASE\WINS\UDEB` to the system variable PATH
