I am a programmer using C/C++ programming, I have a Symbian Serie 60 device, and i d like to now how to create apps for my smartphone.

i've created a new skin for Series 60 SDK.
i used nokia 6680 image for Symbian Emulator.
i want to make it public by putting it on NEWLC.
instruct me how to do it.
i've gone through article submination and know where to post it (downloads/sdks/skin) but wanting u r permission.
