Exception Note ! not found?

Hi all ,

         I have a problem while running an application. while installation there is no problem it is going smooth. but when tried to run the application i get  an error saying that Note ! not found.can anyone help me in running my application properly. i opened apps directory i can see the booster and application placed in that directory.

Note:

     1) Application is developed using MobileVB.
     2) .Sis file built using appforge tool.
     3) when tried to  paste the booster and application in the app directory
         it works fine.
