Sign the sis file with SwEvent capability

Hi,
I can sign the sis file with that capability for developing period.
I want to make the sis file be install on all the s60 phones, not constraint to the IMEI every time I create the certificate.

How to make the sis file with SwEvent capability be installed and running on all the s60 3rd phones?

Is this can be solved by ACS Pub ID?

No... You will still need to specify the IMEIs of the phones in the DevCert even with a real ACS-ID. The only solution is to get your application through Symbian Signed.
