How to lock hardware keys in symbian 9?

Hi ,
I want to know the scancode and icode of "email" key in E61 or how can I capture the "email" key ,I have to give passwod protection to the mobile, so that only user can use the mobile, this is the reason I want to lock the keys, keypad can be unlocked only using correct password.
