SISX File with in a SIS file

Hi developers,

1) I have a SISX file within a SIS file .
2) The SISX file is signed and certified. The sisx file alone installs fine.
3)When i try to install the Sis file i get a certificate error. I do not have any capabilities in the SIS file.


Why should my Sis file throw a error?
