Your Testing House Experience?

I am wondering,
What testing house do you prefer?
And why?
Do you have adventures with testing houses?

I submited my second application to MphasiS.
They told that I should pay also 20 Euros because of Billable Events. The test was 3 minutes long and my app was rejected,because of "making call without user permision". My application is making calls only on user special demand. My application contains also a lot of notes with also "For your information" note where everything is described. Its funny that It is almoust the same application that was signed few mounths ago in MphasiS.

The Symbian Signed told my that in this stage I should not pay for resubmiting. Thats the only consolation.

What is your experience?
