Hi

Are there any practical/interesting uses for having a web server running on a Symbian device?

http://research.nokia.com/research/projects/mobile-web-server/

Wouldn't to run it continuously, with people accessing it, cost lots of network charges?

Think about how UPnP in N80 is realised.
