normally, when I use this tool oto create a new devcert request, the list of IMEIs is pre populated with what I used for previous certificates. but sometimes, for an unknown reason, it shows an empty list and I have to manually enter all the IMEIs again.

what could the reason be ?

Re: DevCertRequest Tool
the IMEIs and other settings are kept in "SSLStoreDefault.txt" file present on the installed path.

Take a backup of this file incase you face the problem again.

Download it here. A user name is mandatory in order to submit for a certificate request. You can register for one at www.SymbianSigned.com free of cost.

Re: DevCertRequest Tool

You can get it from www.symbiansigned.com. Check the section "Open Signed offline".

You need to register with them before you can access.
