Dial digit exchanging by my application

when i dial a number likee 1234 then my j2me application catch the dialing number 1234 and then change the the dial number as 2345 and send the call to the 2345 as a outgoing call.

plz give me the name of API  and for its sdk as soon as possible.

I don't think there are any APIs accessible from J2ME to intercept an outgoing call and change the number being dialed to something else.
