Input stream not working in P990

I   took the engine  part of the the Streaming  example that the  forum nokia  provides and  ported it    to uiq 3


but to  my surprise evrything went fine   on the emulator  but  on the target  the  application ,s readl  function vould not  call the  MaiscBufferCopied call back  function can  any one tell me  whether  it  is the  bug in  uiq 3  or  i  hve to made sum changes  has any  been  successful in implementing  the  input stream  on target  p990
