Problem In forms in 9.1

Hi,
I am portinging an application on series 60 3rd edition.
It is working fine on 7.0 but main problem is that Information Notes are not supported on form.
Application panics giving error Kernel Exec 3
Will any body knows what is the reason why this is happining.
It's normal code for saving CEikEdwin from Form to Database.

Without seeing the code I don't think people can help you. I would be better if you can post the code with is giving you this panic.

The general reason for KERN-EXEC 3 is dereferencing NULL.
