As mentioned; Symbian is present in Bangalore. So is Nokia, probably UIQ too. A lot of UIQ 3 was developed at Mphasis in Bangalore. Wipro was a big player in Symbian, being a mojor supplier to Nokia but with Nokia having their own presence I don't know what the situation is now?

But frankly I don't understand why the fascination with MNCs and all these big companies? What's wrong with a small company? From my experience working for a small company is a lot more fun, challenging and you get to learn and build yourself a lot more. And small companies work on the latest technologies too. There is also almost no difference monetarily.

We are a small company, working on some real cool stuff. We are looking for SW architect, team leaders, Sr. developers. PM me if you would like to talk further.
