When you boot up press Str + Shift + F just in the moment when the hands are shown. Bst if you repeat pressing this during whole boot. Then you should get a screen asking to format.
The best way to reset is as per our friend' s Rayko-enz's advice and that's what even Nokia also says.Switch off the power of the front phone which is on the front cover.Then remove the battery and insert again and immediately press control+shift+F key to format.And proceed as per the instructions appearing on the screen.you ill loose all saved data,phone memory,operator logo's etc.If possible please back up your data on the default memory card before formatting.Formatting may take a few minutes.Resetting to factory settings is hardly required unless there is absolutely something wrong with those third party software and making the use of the phone next to impossible.
Please install rebooter software as well as a 'task spy' software.Both will help you get out of an unpleasant situation with your phone.I do not know under what circumstances there was need for you to resort to restore to factory settings.
