missing rpp files when building

Hi there,

Whenever i compile my programme, i always receive this error     

MISSING: \Symbian\7.0s\Series60_v20_B\EPOC32\Localisation\STOPWATCH.rpp

I just can't seem to find where does the fault lies. Can anyone help me in this? Thanks.
