How to restrict user from deleting file on phone

i am developing an application which store secure information and it is stored in file.

The problem is that user can delete that file.

Now my question is that how to restrict user from deleting a file?Is it possible to do so?

Other important thing is user is also able delete database.

please give your serious views

The consensus is: On pre-Symbian 9 devices you can't prevent the user from deleting files.
