V3 Problem:WallPaper

Hi All:
      I'am now want to change the  WallPaper.
      In V2 We use RSharedDataClient &  read system INI file;
      In V3 , What should i do?
      (I ask about the problems with RSharedDataClient here
     ,riho told me forget it.)
