It is said, that only applications with TCE layer access could use some advenced functions in symbian 9. Are all signed applications have TCE access?  ?? Should developer pay more for this? Buy partnership???How to test applcation that have access to TCE? I readed that is needs from developer to have Developer certificate. Where can I get such certyficate??
