ALLOC Panic found, Please help...

Hello,

I am getting an ALLOC panic as ALLOC: 13847cc0 on the first line and 0 on the second line in the Panic dialog window when I exit my application in the emulator

Although my application works perfectly fine when I run in the emulator but when I exit the application i am getting this Panic which I certainly would like to get rid of

Can anyone help me out in getting rid of this memory leak in an effective manner?
