i am clue less at that point help me to find out the solution

how can i notify that the user has been changed the system time.

can i execute my app/exe brefor the reboot and format of the
mobile.

i seen the CEnvironmentChangeNotifier but i can't find hot to do this on date and time.

one more question is i want to get the notifiaction when any file  deleted from the system.
