Customize the look and feel of the Nokia Device menuÂ’s and applications

  I want customize the look and feel of the Nokia Device menuÂ’s and applications (I.E. wallpaper, buttons, backgrounds, Address Book, Phone Book). The whole phone would need to be re-branded with our partnerÂ’s LOGOS and ART.

Basic requirements are as below

Edit Device Menus
SWAP icons and ART for existing art assets.
For example, In the devices there are a GAMES option on the MAIN MENU. I want to be able to replace the ICON with the icon of my choice.

Change LAYOUT
For example, if the device has a main menu with eight items arranged TOP to BOTTOM, we would want to be able to edit the menu so that the items are arranged in two columns of 4

Change Contents
Ability to add/remove applications or application shortcuts from menus

Can we create our own version of the firmware and PUSH/FLASH/ADD it to devices as one package.

Add New Applications
Ability to ADD new applications with the same level of access as the Address Book or Inbox and ability to load applications with the same level of privileges that applications like the ADDRESS BOOK and INBOX have.
