Hi,
I got the emulator + ethernet running and I can use a Ui application on the emulator to Listen for incomming TCP connection from the internet. For doing this I have to first 'start' the connection by clicking on 'Extra' and then 'IAP Status' and then select my connection and press 'start'. Is there any way I can automate it so that the ethernet service is started automaticly? I added this line into my ethernetced.cfg and reloaded the CommDB but it did not help: DialogPref=DONOTPROMPT in tag [ConnectinoPreferences]. I still have to start ethernet emulation manually before I can Listen on a TCP port for connections. If ethernet emulation starts automaticly I hope to solve this problem: I want to use Ethernet emulation from a console application. But if I start the console application I can not click on any of the techview emulator's button. They are all 'dead'. Thus I can not click on 'Extra' -> 'IAP Status' etc etc to start the ethernet emulation/service. anyone? mike |
