Problem while executing for a plugin

Dear All,

I have made the plugin of dll type, Its a proper build
when I am able to execute with the application named as RedMenu Then I am getting the error below, My pulugin name is VideoPlugin, Can any one understand the erorr
below and help me out in fixing my problem.



below is the error due to which I am not able to lanch the Video Plugin
