Unable to connect to any site through ExampleHTTP client given with SDK

hi ,
     I am using SYMBIAN os ver 8.0. and am facing a problem in connecting to any of the site with the HTTP client Example given in SDK. When ever I try to Connect to any site like www.yahoo.com then it gives error (-33)(ie.Timed Out).
on the other hand if i try to connect to the sites with the SERVICES application then I am able to do so .
If any body Know something about this issue then please help me out .
