Adding support for Arabic, Hebrew on Series 60 phones

HI All
I want to add support for inserting Arabic, Hebrew languages on the 6630 phones. The problem is that it doesn't have Arabic language installed on it , so it can,t take Arabic characters as input.
          So can any one help me figuring out this problem , do I need to install some software or some other application in order  to enable Arabic, hebrew support for it ?
