Is choice list possible in series 60 if yes how? is avkon.rh is avilable in series 60?

Yes it's possible. Where exctly do you want to use it?
On nokia site you can find a pdf document explaining how to work with setting screens and you can find within also how to use the choice list

It's possible only in form and settings dialogs only.
