Problem with running program

  I wrote a program which has no error, but when i copied it and tried it on another computer, it shows this error:

      Project : error PRJ0019: A tool returned an error code from "Performing Pre-Build Event..."
     SMSExample error PRJ0019: A tool returned an error code from "Performing Pre-Build Event..."

  these are messages shown. Maybe, it is because of the path.
