How to disable abc->123->T9 when # is pressed...

How can I disable the character (or T9) to number event in CEikGlobalTextEditor whenever user presses the # button?

Wekk, seems like nobody's answering my question above..

I'll just ask another question:

How can I determine what char/num/T9  mode is it, whenever i press '#' when using CEikGlobalTexEditor?

(If it is already Abc or abc or Abc or 123...)

Please.. anyone?
