how to add an icon

hi,
     I am converting a bitmap into MBM by bmconv & it shows status success ,correspoinding  Header file also generated but while running  my   ICON does not come on screen .

Please Tell  me the solution

Can you be more specific please? Adding icon to what? Listbox? Put it somewhere on the screen? Or?
